If the product does not meet your coaching needs, you may contact us within 14 days of your purchase at support@get-essentia.com and request a refund.

To help us review your request, please include your order number and the email address used to place the order.

Refund requests submitted after the 14-day period may not be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of fraud, abuse of the refund policy, repeated refund requests, unauthorized redistribution or resale of our digital content, or other misuse of the product.

Duplicate purchases or technical issues that prevent access to the purchased files will always be reviewed and resolved by our support team.

This voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee is provided in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

For digital content supplied immediately after purchase, statutory withdrawal rights may be affected once access or downloading begins where the customer has expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal, as required by applicable law.
